Delicious Food for Champions on and off the field
You can expect committee members to be at your home around 5:30 to start setting up. The boys will arrive straight from practice and as they finish eating clean up will begin. Your home should be back to normal around 8:45 pm.
As the host please provide tables and chairs for the team (there’s approximately 40 boys) and a place for the food (an couple of extra tables or a counter or island). If you are looking to rent equipment Arlington Rental on Northwest Highway will give a 10% discount, just mention that you are with PHS. Please have a large garbage or 2, the committee will bring garbage bags.
The Team Dinner Committee will provide everything else that is needed. This includes table coverings, coolers, serving pieces, plates, bowls, plastic forks, spoons and everything else that will be needed. Bristol Court will deliver the food to your home in hot boxes before the boys get there. They will arrange with you a location to leave the hot boxes and will pick them up the next day, you don’t have to be home.
The menu will consist of a hot healthy meal from Bristol Court, water, baked goods, from the amazing Baking Committee, ice cream sundaes. Members of the Baking Committee will most likely be dropping off their desserts during set-up, there will be a lot going on, but remember it’s all for the boys!
There will be additional volunteers at your home during the dinner to help with set-up serving and clean-up. With us all working together every dinner will be great!
